I am a former D1 Athlete with a passion for designing and implementing exercise regimens for all age groups with nutritional programs that maximize workouts, increase strength and stamina, and maximize a person’s overall health and fitness. My ability to instruct, motivate and educate people of all ages creates an environment where personal and professional goals are successfully executed.

I have personally trained over 100 professional athletes and have been featured in Men’s Journal and Yahoo Health. I currently work in Los Angeles and NYC for some of the NY Giants in-season training.  I develop specialized training and nutritional programs based on client assessment to safely achieve their personal goals.

I educate clients on the importance of establishing realistic goals that will promote compliance to a lifelong exercise and nutrition regimen.
